Cybersecurity with AI

Cyber attacks today are automated: bots scanning sites for flaws, mass-produced phishing campaigns, rapid-fire login attempts. Defending manually is no longer enough. We put AI on defense too.

How it works

An example: a malicious bot starts hammering your site with thousands of requests to find a weak spot. The monitoring recognizes it by its behavior, blocks it, and your real customers notice nothing. At most, you read about it in the report.

Protection works on multiple levels:

  • Initial assessment: we analyze your site or management software for vulnerabilities, using AI tools and human verification by glacom® experts.
  • Continuous monitoring: anomalous traffic, intrusion attempts, and suspicious behaviors are automatically recognized and blocked.
  • Entry point protection: forms, reserved areas, and connected mailboxes are protected from spam, bots, and abuse attempts.
  • Content scanning: uploaded files are checked before they become dangerous for you or your customers.
  • Updates and backups: known flaws are closed via updates, and if the worst happens, we roll back: see Sicurezza del sito adottato.

What you need to do

The technical part is ours, but the easiest door to open remains the human one:

  1. Use strong, unique passwords and do not share them.
  2. Check who in the company has access to what: see Sicurezza.
  3. If you receive a suspicious email or message in our name, do not click: apri un ticket and ask us for confirmation.

What glacom® does

Configuration, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of defenses. When an attack deserves your attention, we notify you in clear words: what happened, what we did, and if we need anything from you.

Limits

  • Absolute security does not exist, and anyone who promises it is lying: the serious goal is to raise the cost of the attack and reduce possible damage.
  • We protect what we manage: systems outside the glacom® platform are only included if agreed upon.
  • We do not publish the technical details of the defenses for obvious reasons: security documentation is available upon request.
