What we don't touch

This page explains which parts of your digital ecosystem remain your responsibility and where the intervention of glacom.AI ends.

How it works

glacom® manages its own services, but it cannot control third-party software. If you use a paid plugin to manage hotel bookings or an external license for payments, that software is not our property. If the plugin provider changes the rules or the service stops working, glacom® cannot intervene in the internal code of that software.

What you need to do

  1. Pay the fees for any licenses or subscriptions for external software you chose to use.
  2. Manage contracts with third-party providers.
  3. Report to glacom® if you receive update communications or critical changes from your external providers via a ticket.

What glacom® does

If an external component breaks or changes how it works, glacom®: - Monitors the correct data flow. - Notifies you promptly about the problem. - Works to adapt glacom.AI services to the provider's new conditions, if possible.

You can see how we handle external connections in the integrazioni section.

Limits

glacom® cannot: - Modify the code of third-party plugins or software. - Guarantee the uptime of non-proprietary services. - Pay or renew licenses on behalf of the customer. - Resolve internal bugs in third-party software.

Frequent problems

  • An external plugin stopped working, what happens? → glacom® warns you about the malfunction, but the resolution depends on the plugin provider.
  • Who pays for the license renewal of third-party software? → The cost and renewal are your responsibility.
  • Can I ask glacom® to modify a function of an external software? → No, we can only modify how glacom.AI services interact with that software.

From the app

Not available from the app: the management of external licenses and contracts happens through your direct channels with the providers.
