This feature ensures your website stays active, updated, and protected after we take over. It means you don't have to manage technical maintenance manually.

How it works

Your site is constantly monitored to prevent interruptions. For example, if a system update causes a booking module error or a shopping cart malfunction, we step in to restore the service.

What you need to do

Nothing: maintenance and protection activities are automatic.

What glacom® does

The glacom.AI team handles: - Regular updates: we keep the site updated to avoid security flaws. - Backups: we periodically save site data to recover it in case of failure. - Monitoring: we check that the site is always reachable and fast.

Limits

Security refers to the infrastructure and the functioning of the site. We are not responsible for the improper use of passwords by your collaborators or for externally uploaded content that violates security rules.

Frequent issues

• The site is slow, what's happening? → We immediately check if there is an overload or an update in progress.
• Can I perform updates myself? → We advise you not to do it to avoid conflicts with glacom® services, see what we don't touch.
• What happens if the site goes offline? → Monitoring alerts us in real time and we proceed with restoration via backups.
