Problems with Adopt

Here you will find solutions to the most common problems that may occur after moving your site to glacom.AI.

How it works

When you move your site to glacom.AI, as happens during Migration, there are technical update times. For example, if your site sells shoes for 50 euros, you might not see the updated price immediately or might not be able to access the page for a few hours while the internet "learns" the new address.

What you need to do

If you encounter a problem, check this list first. If the solution does not work, open a report via the Ticket system.

What glacom® does

The technical team monitors service stability and intervenes to resolve any reported configuration errors or broken links.

Limits

glacom.AI cannot speed up DNS propagation times, which depend on global internet providers. We cannot recover functions of the old site that were not planned or agreed upon during the Onboarding.

Frequent problems

  • Site unreachable after migration? → This is normal: DNS must propagate worldwide, wait a few hours.
  • Emails not arriving or not sending? → Check your email provider settings or report it immediately to support.
  • A function from the old site is missing? → Consult the guide on how to Add what is missing or open a ticket.
  • Seeing 404 error pages? → Some old links might not have been redirected: send us the exact address.
