This page explains how to protect access to your services and how to manage company credentials.

How it works

Security depends on who can enter the management panel. For example, if an employee who manages your product prices leaves the company, you must change the password immediately to prevent unauthorized access.

What you need to do

1. Use strong passwords: avoid birth dates or simple words.
2. Manage access: carefully decide who in the company can access which areas.
3. React immediately: if you lose a password or suspect someone discovered it, change it immediately.
4. Notify glacom®: in case of credential compromise, open a ticket in ticket.

What glacom® does

Limits

glacom.AI cannot control the passwords you choose or who you decide to give them to within your company. The responsibility for managing internal access is yours.

Frequent problems

• I lost my access password? → Use the recovery function or contact support.
• A collaborator no longer works with me, what do I do? → Change immediately all shared passwords.
• How can I be sure that data is protected? → Read the guide in zero retention.
