The parallel period

This phase is used to test the new system without risking data loss or blocking your business. It allows you to use the old and new management software at the same time before making the final jump.

How it works

For a limited time, every operation is recorded in both systems. For example: if a customer books an appointment for 3:00 PM or buys a product for 50 euros, enter the information in both the old software and glacom.AI. This ensures that the results are identical and nothing is missing.

The period usually lasts a few weeks: the time needed to cover all typical cases of your business and feel confident.

What you need to do

  1. Double your work: enter data in both systems for every daily operation.
  2. Compare results: check that the information in glacom.AI is correct compared to the old system.
  3. Report differences: if you notice that a piece of data is not handled as expected, open a ticket in ticket.
  4. Give the green light: when you see that everything matches, decide to permanently turn off the old management software.

Limits
