How human hours are counted¶
Many things are included in the fee and cost nothing. When a person's work is needed beyond what is included, hours are counted. Here is how it works, with examples.
How it works¶
Extra human work is charged at 48 euros per hour, in half-hour increments. Before starting a paid task, we give you an estimate: no surprise charges.
Concrete examples¶

The logic: what the AI does on its own with ordinary supervision is included. What requires a person to design, build, or fix by hand is counted.
What you need to do¶
Nothing special: ask for what you need from Viby or via a ticket. If the request involves human hours, you receive the estimate first and you decide.
Limits¶
- Estimates are estimates: if the complexity doubles during the work, we stop and notify you before continuing.
