Problems with Sito Vibe

Here you will find solutions to the most common problems that may occur while managing your site.

How it works

Sito Vibe allows you to edit content easily. For example, if you need to change your shop's opening hours or update a service price, you apply the change and the system processes it. If something doesn't seem to work as expected, it usually depends on a verification step or an input error.

What you need to do

If you encounter a problem, first check the points listed in the frequent problems. If the problem persists, open a report via the [../supporto/ticket.md] system.

What glacom® does

The glacom® team monitors service stability and intervenes to resolve any technical slowdowns or system errors that do not depend on the entered content.

Limits

The system cannot recover changes made to content permanently deleted before the last daily backup. Loading speed can also depend on the quality of the images you upload.

Frequent problems

• The change is not online? → The change is probably in [supervisione.md] and must be approved before becoming public.
• The preview doesn't match the site? → Clear your browser cache or check that you saved the changes correctly in [scrivere-una-modifica.md].
• The site is slow? → Check that you haven't uploaded images that are too heavy or check the status of your [dominio-e-hosting.md].
• I made a mistake in a change? → You can go back to the previous version thanks to the automatic daily backup.
