Finding the cause

Discover why your assistant gave a wrong or incomplete answer and understand how to solve the problem.

How it works

To understand the error, you need to use the verification function. Imagine a customer asks "What are the opening hours on Saturday?" and the assistant answers that it is closed, while you know you are open until 2:00 PM.

To find the cause, ask the same question yourself to the assistant using the Verification tool. The system will show you the text blocks it read to formulate the answer.

At this point, you may encounter four scenarios: 1. The system found no blocks: the information is completely missing. 2. The system found the text, but it is written in a confusing or ambiguous way. 3. The system found old information (example: last year's hours). 4. The system found the correct information, but still answered incorrectly.

What you need to do

  1. Access the verification section.
  2. Write the exact question that caused the error.
  3. Analyze the extracted text blocks.
  4. Act based on the result:

What glacom® does

The glacom® team intervenes only if, after your verification, it appears that the content is correct but the system made an interpretation error. In this case, we optimize the assistant's behavior.

Limits

Verification tells you what the system read, but it cannot explain the internal logical "reasoning". If the information is present and correct but the assistant still makes a mistake, you cannot solve the problem alone and must contact support.

Frequent problems

  • The block found is correct, why did the assistant make a mistake? → It could be an interpretation error: use Reporting to glacom.
  • I don't see any text blocks in the results? → The information is not present in your documents: see Adding what is missing.
  • The system finds two blocks with different information? → There is a data conflict: you must update the documents following Correcting a document.

From the app

You can perform the verification and check the text blocks directly from the management app.
