Service Status

This page explains how to monitor the operation of glacom.AI and how any problems or maintenance are communicated.

How it works

If you notice that a service is not responding, for example your Assistant does not confirm a booking or does not update product times, you must first check the status page.

Communications are divided into two types: 1. Scheduled maintenance: we notify you in advance when we need to perform technical interventions to improve the services. 2. Incidents: if something unexpected happens, we report the problem in real time and write an explanation once it is resolved.

What you need to do

If you encounter a malfunction, follow this order: 1. Check the status page: if the incident is already reported, the team is already working to resolve it. 2. Open a ticket: if the status is regular but the problem persists, send a report via ticket.

What glacom® does

The glacom.AI team constantly monitors the infrastructure. In case of anomalies, it updates the status page with the details of the problem and the estimated recovery times.

Limits

The status page indicates the general health of the services, but it cannot report specific errors related only to your knowledge configuration or errors and corrections.

Frequent problems

  • The status is green but my service is not working? → Open a ticket immediately.
  • Where can I see future maintenance? → They are listed in the scheduling section of the status page.

From the app

You can check the service status and open a ticket directly from the support section of the app.
