Notifications

Get real-time alerts on what happens with your customers and manage when you want to be disturbed.

How it works

Notifications alert you when the assistant cannot handle everything alone or when there is an important interaction. For example: a customer asks to speak with a human to change an appointment time, or a user sends a response to an open ticket.

You can choose which alerts to receive and set notification schedules so you are not disturbed at night or during the weekend.

What you need to do

  1. Go to the app settings.
  2. Select the types of notifications you want to activate:
    • New conversation: when a customer starts writing.
    • Operator request: when the customer explicitly asks to speak with you.
    • Call received: for every interaction managed by the callbot.
    • Gap detected: when the assistant does not find an answer in the conoscenza.
    • Ticket response: when a customer responds to a report in ticket.
  3. Set your availability hours to filter alerts.

Tip

We recommend always keeping notifications active for "operator request" and "ticket response" so you don't miss the most urgent contacts.

What glacom® does

The glacom.AI platform monitors every interaction and sends an instant alert to your device as soon as the selected event occurs.

Limits

Notifications depend on your smartphone power saving settings: if the phone blocks the app in the background, you might receive the alert late.

Frequent problems

  • Not receiving alerts? → Check that notifications for the app are enabled in your smartphone settings.
  • Receiving too many notifications? → Disable alerts for "new conversations" and keep only the critical ones.
  • Notifications arriving at night? → Verify that you have correctly set the notification hours in the app.

From the app

You can activate, deactivate and schedule all notifications directly from the settings menu.
