Project phases¶
Discover how your service is created and the steps needed to make it operational in your company.
How it works¶
The path is divided into clear steps to avoid errors. Imagine you want to automate restaurant bookings: we don't put the bot online immediately. First, we define opening days, menu prices, and how to handle change requests.
Here are the 5 phases:
- Analysis: we define together what the service must do and which problems it must solve.
- Prototype: we create a simplified version to show you how the system responds.
- Data: we upload your company information (price lists, hours, procedures) to train the IA.
- Test: we try the system in a closed environment to correct any inaccuracies.
- Handover: the service goes online and becomes available to your customers.
What you need to do¶
- Analysis: explain your processes and define the goals.
- Prototype: test the first version and give your feedback.
- Data: provide the necessary documents or files, as explained in what to prepare and data migration.
- Test: try to "challenge" the system with real questions.
- Handover: give the final ok for the go-live.
What glacom® does¶
- Configures the glacom.AI platform according to your needs.
- Organizes your content to make it understandable for the IA.
- Manages connections to email, social, or other API.
- Monitors the first interactions after launch to refine the responses.
Launch philosophy
We don't look for absolute perfection before starting. We cover the critical points, go online, and then the system refines and learns from the real use of your customers.
Limits¶
The project cannot skip the test phases: going online without a prior verification leads to imprecise responses. The speed of the handover depends on the quality and completeness of the data you provide.
Frequent problems¶
- Can I skip the prototype phase? → No, it is needed to align expectations before uploading all the data.
- What happens if I find an error after the handover? → Follow the guide on errors and corrections or open a ticket in ticket.
- Can I change the requirements after the project has started? → Yes, but it might require returning to the analysis phase.
