Discover how glacom.AI keeps information up to date and identifies your assistant's weak points without you having to do anything.

How it works

The system works in the background to prevent the assistant from becoming obsolete. For example, if you change a product price on your site or modify an office's opening hours, glacom® detects the change and updates its memory.

The system runs a scan of your site every night to align the content. Additionally, it monitors conversations: if a customer asks for information about a promotion that is not in the documents, the system marks that question as "unanswered".

What you need to do

Nothing: content updates and gap detection happen automatically. To address unresolved questions, check the adding what is missing section.

What glacom® does

  • Nightly scan: reads your site every night to update data.
  • Re-indexing: updates internal content as soon as it detects changes in the sources.
  • Gap analysis: identifies customer questions that the assistant could not answer.

Limits

For security reasons, automatic training has clear boundaries: - The system does not learn on its own from chats: it does not modify answers based on what users say without your approval. - The system does not change the rules: it cannot modify the behavior instructions or the tone of voice you set in customization. - Site updates happen once a day: instant changes require manual intervention in knowledge.

Frequent problems

  • Does the system learn from customer mistakes? → No, glacom® only detects what is missing, but it does not integrate unverified information.
  • Do I need to notify glacom® if I change the site? → No, the nightly scan updates everything automatically.
  • Can the assistant change personality on its own? → No, behavior rules are fixed and are not modified automatically.
