This page explains what the glacom.AI assistant cannot do for your site management, so you know exactly when to step in or ask for support.

How it works

Viby is an efficient assistant for daily changes, such as changing a product price or updating a store's opening hours. However, it is not a business consultant or an autonomous programmer for complex projects.

What you need to do

For operations that exceed Viby's capabilities, you must: 1. Define the strategy: you decide which business goals to pursue. 2. Provide the data: if you want Viby to write a page, you must give it the necessary information. 3. Validate changes: always check structural changes before they go public.

What glacom® does

The glacom® team steps in to manage integrations with external systems that require specific agreements or advanced technical configurations.

Limits

• Complex structural changes: Viby does not rebuild the entire site architecture on its own. It can only do so under your supervision.
• External integrations: it does not autonomously connect the site to third party software without a prior agreement and guided configuration.
• Missing content: it does not invent information about your company. If you haven't provided a piece of data, it cannot publish it.
• Business decisions: it does not decide which marketing strategy to use or how to position your prices.

Frequent problems

• Viby isn't updating a piece of data? → Check that you provided the correct information in the content.
• I want to change the entire site layout? → This is a structural change: use the supervision function.
• Can I connect external management software? → Yes, but it must be agreed with the glacom® team for integration.

From the app

You can monitor the status of changes and request supervision interventions directly from the app.
