Supervision: what we check before publishing

Not all changes go online the same way. Simple ones pass almost immediately, important ones are reviewed by a person. This page tells you what to expect.

How it works

Ask Viby to change a button color: it is a low risk change, it goes online in a flash. Ask to redo the home page structure: it is an important change, a glacom® expert checks it before publishing to make sure it does not break the rest of the site.

What passes automatically

  • Texts: corrections, additions, rewrites.
  • Colors, sizes, spacing.
  • Image replacements.

Typical time: 1-5 minutes.

What is reviewed by an expert

  • Structural changes: layout, menus, new pages.
  • Contact modules and forms.
  • Changes that affect multiple pages at once.

Typical time: up to 30 minutes during support hours. Outside these hours, upon resumption.

What you need to do

Nothing special: send the change from Viby and follow the status among your requests. If it is under supervision, you will see it.

Limits

  • The indicated times apply during support hours: see Hours.
  • A complex structural change may require a longer verification: we will notify you if needed.

Frequent problems

  • My change has been stuck for an hour → it is probably structural and is in the verification queue. Check the status or open a ticket.
