Discover how to update your management system or make changes once the service is active.

How it works

Your management system is modified exactly like a vibe site. If you need to change a price, add opening hours, or modify a booking procedure, you don't need to write code. Simply describe in words what you want to change and the system updates the structure.

What you need to do

  1. Describe the change: write clearly what you want to change in your management system.
  2. Supervise: check that the change is correct by following the Supervision procedure.
  3. Publish: give the final ok to make the change effective.

What glacom® does

The glacom.AI team monitors that changes do not create conflicts with existing functions and ensures that the system remains stable after the update.

Limits

Very complex structural changes may require more time for supervision. The system cannot predict changes that conflict with current laws or the technical constraints of services connected via API.

Frequent problems

  • The change is not visible immediately? → Check that you have completed the publishing phase.
  • Can I go back to the previous version? → Yes, every change can be undone during the supervision phase.
  • Who can make these changes? → Only users with the administration permissions you defined.
