Callbot¶
The glacom.AI callbot answers the phone with a natural voice. Use it to manage incoming calls without having to answer every single phone call manually.
You can use it to provide quick information, such as store opening hours, manage restaurant bookings, or filter calls before passing them to a human.
Section overview¶
In this section, you will find all the guides to configure and manage your voice assistant:
| Guide | What you learn |
|---|---|
| Call | How the system handles the start and end of a phone call. |
| Audio | How to choose and customize your callbot's voice. |
| Numbers and times | How to make the bot read dates, times, and figures correctly. |
| Summary email | How to receive a written summary of every call. |
| Workflow | How to design the conversation path. |
| Transfer | How to pass the call to a human operator. |
| Issues | Solutions to the most common malfunctions. |
Consistency: what to expect from two identical calls¶
Two identical calls do not exist: the voice rephrases, changes words, and adapts the rhythm. This is the natural behavior of a conversational AI. What must not change is the outcome: with the same request and information, the management must reach the same result. If you notice two similar calls with different outcomes, report both: it is the most valuable material for fine tuning, see Correcting the callbot.
Limits¶
The callbot is not suitable for actively selling products, negotiating contracts, or managing emotionally delicate cases that require human empathy.
