- New pages and sections on call consistency: what to expect from two identical calls, data that remains acquired, conversation rules and how to request changes.
- Clarified behavior when data does not match: intended protection, handled naturally.

- Documentation now available in French, German, Romanian and Estonian: eight languages in total.
- New page: automatic knowledge completion, with agents searching the internet and proposing content to validate.
- Clarified scraping your own sites as an alternative when there is no API.
August 23, 2026 (evening)¶
- Documentation is now complete: all sections are written, including the new Assistant, Annalist, Cybersecurity and Media.
- English, Spanish and Catalan versions are active, with the language automatically selected by the browser.
- The assistant has arrived on the site: ask a question from the widget in the bottom right.

- docs.glacom.ai is now open, the public documentation for the glacom.AI platform.
- Main guides are online: what to expect, Viby, knowledge base, training, errors and corrections, channels, callbot, privacy and support.
- Remaining pages are coming soon: you can already find them in the navigation, they will be filled over time.
- New Media section: generating images and videos, recognition and extraction from documents, photos, audio and video.
