Verify what the bot finds

This feature lets you test your assistant's accuracy and understand which information it uses to answer. Use it after every document upload or when an answer doesn't convince you.

How it works

You can ask a test question to see exactly which pieces of text the system pulled from your sources. For example, if you ask "What are the opening hours on Saturday?", you will see the list of text blocks found and a score for each.

A high score on the block containing the correct time means everything is working. If scores are low or the system finds irrelevant blocks, it means the content is missing or written unclearly. This tool is essential for the training of your service.

What you need to do

  1. Enter a test question in the test field.
  2. Analyze the results: see which text blocks were extracted.
  3. Check the scores: verify that the correct information has the highest value.
  4. If the result is wrong, use the guide to add what is missing or edit the texts following the tips on how to write content.

What glacom® does

The glacom.AI platform analyzes your sources in real time, extracts the most relevant fragments for the question, and assigns a numerical value to their relevance.

Limits

Verification tells you what the system finds, but it doesn't guarantee the final answer is perfect if the customization instructions are contradictory. The tool shows the extracted blocks, not the internal reasoning process of the AI.

Frequent problems

  • The bot finds nothing? → The content is not in the sources or is written in an unreadable format.
  • It finds the right block but the score is low? → The text is too ambiguous: try rewriting it in a simpler and more direct way.
  • It finds wrong blocks with a high score? → There is similar or conflicting information in your sources that confuses the system.

From the app

Not available from the app: technical verification of blocks and scores is managed only from the web panel.
