Install the app

This guide explains how to download and configure the glacom.AI app on your smartphone to manage your services on the go.

How it works

The app lets you control everything happening with your IA assistants while you are out of the office. For example, you can check in real time if a customer just booked a table for 8:30 PM or if they asked for the price of a specific product.

What you need to do

  1. Check your device: make sure you have a recent version of iOS or Android.
  2. Download the app: use the link for your operating system:
  3. Log in: enter the same credentials (email and password) you use to access the glacom.AI panel from your computer.
  4. Enable notifications: when you start the app for the first time, it will ask for permission to send you notifications. Accept, so you can receive immediate alerts about conversations.

What glacom® does

The system automatically synchronizes all your data between your computer and smartphone. Every change you make on one device is instantly visible on the other.

Limitations

The app does not allow you to configure the entire service architecture: some advanced knowledge settings require the use of the web panel on a computer.

Frequent problems

  • App won't start? → Check if you have updated your phone's operating system to the latest available version.
  • Not receiving alerts? → Check your smartphone settings to ensure notifications for the glacom.AI app are active.
  • Credentials not working? → Make sure you use the same ones you use for the web panel: if you forgot them, open a ticket.
