Automatic knowledge completion

The knowledge base isn't filled only with what you upload: AI agents can search the internet for missing information, prepare the content, and submit it to you. You validate it, and only then does the bot use it.

How it works

The system notices that the bot lacks answers on a specific topic: for example, customers often ask about delivery times in your area and there is nothing in your content. At that point, AI agents get to work:

  1. Search: they query search engines and public sources on the internet, starting from your website and what is found about your company and your sector.
  2. Write: using what they find, they prepare a content proposal in the correct format for the knowledge base.
  3. Ask for confirmation: the proposal comes to you. You read it, correct it if needed, approve it, or discard it.

Nothing enters the knowledge base without your validation. Content found on the internet can be inaccurate or not applicable to your company: that is why the final word is always yours.

What you need to do

  1. When a proposal arrives, read it: you will find it in the panel, with a notification also on the app.
  2. Correct what is wrong: the proposal is a draft, not the absolute truth.
  3. Approve or discard. If you approve, the content is indexed like other sources.

What glacom® does

It configures the agents, decides with you which topics they can search for, and monitors the quality of the proposals.

Limits

  • The internet contains errors: a proposal can be wrong. Validation is not a formality, it is the core of the system.
  • Agents find what is public: internal company facts (reserved prices, internal procedures) must still be written by you.
  • For sensitive topics (health, legal, prices), it is better to write the content by hand: see FAQ.

Frequent problems

  • Proposals are not arriving? → completion must be activated and configured: open a ticket.
  • A proposal approved by mistake? → remove it like any other source, see Documenti.
