Annalist: ask questions to your data

How many conversations did the bot handle last month? Which questions remain unanswered? What is the peak time for calls? Annalist answers: ask the question in Italian, get numbers, tables, and charts.

How it works

Write to Annalist as you would to a colleague: "how many conversations did we have last week compared to the previous one?". Annalist does not rely on memory and does not estimate: like all serious data analysis AIs, it writes the program or query needed and executes it on the real data it is connected to, the data it was trained on. The answer is the result of an actual calculation, with the number, the comparison and, when it makes sense, a chart.

You don't need to know spreadsheets or query languages: the natural language question is the interface, it handles the calculation.

What you can ask

  • Volumes: conversations, calls, per channel and per period.
  • Quality: percentage of requests resolved by the bot, handovers to operators, customer ratings.
  • Gaps: questions the bot could not answer, which are gold for training.
  • Trends: comparisons between periods, peak times, languages used by customers.

The same metrics in fixed form are described in Metriche.

Scheduled reports

The questions you always ask can become an automatic report: every week or every month, in PDF, Excel or CSV, directly in your inbox. See Report programmati.

Only your data

Annalist only sees your project data. There is no way to query, even by mistake, the data of another company.

Limits

  • By default, Annalist works on glacom® platform data. It can also analyze data from your systems (ERP, e-commerce) when we connect them: see Integrazioni.
  • For ambiguous questions ("is it going better?"), it asks for clarification or makes a stated assumption: always check that the period and filter are the ones you intended.

Frequent problems

  • The number does not match what I see in the panel → check the period and channel of the question; if you are still unsure, open a ticket with the exact question you asked.

From the app

You can also ask quick questions to Annalist from the app; scheduled reports are configured from the panel.
