This feature ensures your company data stays protected and is not shared with third parties. Use it to have maximum control over conversation privacy.

How it works

Imagine a customer asks for the price of your service or your office opening hours: this question and the generated answer never leave the control of glacom.AI. The AI managing your services run on servers managed by glacom® in Europe. Data does not pass through external AI providers.

If your company has even stricter security requirements, you can request the on-premise option: in this case, services run directly on your own servers.

What you need to do

Choose your preferred option: decide whether to use glacom® servers in Europe or request installation on your company servers.

What glacom® does

glacom® manages the entire technical infrastructure, ensures the AI models are active and guarantees that no information is sent to external systems.

Limits

The on-premise option requires your company to have compatible hardware suitable for running AI.

Frequent issues

• Does my data end up on American servers? → No, glacom® servers are located in Europe.
