Discover how to keep the app updated to manage your glacom® services efficiently.

How it works

The app receives new features and improvements through your smartphone's official stores. For example, if glacom.AI introduces a new way to view conversations, you will see the update available in your store.

What you need to do

1. Enable automatic updates in your smartphone settings.
2. If you see an update notification, click Update.
3. In rare security cases, the app will ask you to update before you can access the services again.

Tip

Keep automatic updates active: you avoid interruptions and always have the latest news without thinking about it.

What glacom® does

The glacom® team periodically releases new versions of the app to improve stability and add features. In case of critical security changes, glacom® makes the update mandatory to protect your data.

Limits

The app does not update itself if you have not given permission to your phone's store. If you do not update the app for a long time, some features might stop responding correctly.

Frequent problems

• The app forces me to update, why? → A fundamental security change occurred to protect your services.
• I don't see the latest feature described in the documents? → Check if you have the latest version installed from the store.
• The app crashes after an update? → Try restarting your phone or open a ticket.
